Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange to ship your order to you using Australia Post. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. Delivery insurance and/or postage fees will be calculated on total weight and size and will be charged at the time of placing your order.

We are able to deliver to most areas in Australia. We aim to provide prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.

We strive to dispatch all orders the next business day, however we may take up to 3 business days to dispatch your order during busy periods. If your order is urgent please send an email to hello@littlemuseandmama.com.au and we will be able to assist you. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time and day is beyond our control. It is advised by Australia Post to allow up to two weeks shipping time for Metro cities and up to three weeks for Country towns in Australia, however in most cases, delivery is much quicker than this. Should you have not received your goods after this period, please email us immediately.

You can track the delivery status of your order via the Australia Post website once your tracking number has been sent to you via email.

When ordering any FRAGILE items, you are required to open and check all items in your package upon receiving your order. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@littlemuseandmama.com.au with your full name, description of item that is damaged and images of the damaged goods as received in its box within 48 hours. We will lodge an insurance claim on your behalf and will send out a replacement as soon as possible. We will not acknowledge any messages or images sent via our social media messaging tools, as all correspondence and images have to be traced via our email system.

If you suspect that your item has been lost in the mail, please contact Australia Post and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at hello@littlemuseandmama.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry on your behalf.
